About Me

 * Acupuncturist

 * Small Business Owner

 * Teacher

A former corporate executive and avid cyclist, I have suffered, first-hand, the effects of a too-busy lifestyle, the stresses of balancing work and family, and the pain of sports-related injuries. I turned to acupuncture for relief and experienced profound results.

Acupuncture and Asian Medicine provided the emotional therapy I needed to ease my stress, manage my grief and feel more balanced after the sudden loss of a loved one. It also eliminated the sciatic pain I developed while cycling and reduced my twice weekly migraines to just a few times a year.

I draw from my experience as both a patient and a practitioner to help you balance the stresses of work and everyday life. In addition to operating a private practice in Philadelphia, I am an adjunct instructor at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies.

My practice is influenced by my studies both in the US and in South Korea. I integrate multiple styles including TCM, Five Element, Korean, Sports/Myofascial acupuncture along with Asian Therapeutic techniques including cupping, guasha, and Tuina.
